Wooster Team

Meet the team

Bryan Tenesaca

Co-President

Brayan will graduate from the Wooster School in Danbury, Connecticut in 2025. Brayan’s leadership extends from heading the Wooster Business Club to serving as an altar boy at his local church. As Taekwondo 2nd-degree black belt and a key player for A.C. Connecticut, Brayan prioritizes discipline and sportsmanship. His love for reading, fostered at the Danbury library has now evolved into a passion for giving back to underprivileged communities. Recognizing the challenges faced by such children, particularly in accessing books, he is driven to make a positive impact through Turning Pages. Beyond his academic and athletic pursuits, Brayan values quality time with loved ones.

Ava Aspen

Co-President

Ava will graduate from the Wooster School in Danbury, Connecticut in 2025. Ava is passionate about the mission of providing equal access to books and believes that reading is fundamental to the well-being and education of people. She is a member of Model United Nations and attended the Ivy League Model UN Conference. Ava is also an active member of Wooster's Social Impact club, plays Varsity Lacrosse, and runs Varsity Cross Country. In her free time, Ava enjoys skiing and drawing. As Co-President of the Wooster Chapter of Turning Pages, Ava is responsible for establishing goals for the year, leading school meetings, and contacting partner organizations. She is extremely excited to work on future projects to help the community and spread resources so everyone has access to books.
